Visitor parking is available along the left-hand side of the building, just past the dumpsters. If those spots are full, feel free to park in the church parking lot right next door. Please avoid reserved spots, and don’t hesitate to contact me if you need assistance!

As of right now, most plans do not cover kinesiology. You may have some coverage if you’re with CanadaLife - however, they likely only cover up to a certain percentage of the total cost. Please look into your plan ahead of time.

If you have paid upfront, you may cancel or reschedule a session without penalty up to 1-hour before the session start time.

If you’re under the weather (e.g., upset stomach, headache, or fatigue), please use your best judgment before attending your session. The cancellation policy will still apply, but exceptions may be made for extenuating circumstances (like hospitalization).

Safety comes first! If heavy snow is in the forecast, please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If I need to cancel a session due to unsafe conditions, you won’t be charged.
