To cancel a session, please provide 24-hour notice to avoid any charges. Cancellations within 12 hours will result in a charge equal to half the regular session fee amount.
**Please note that cancellation within 12-hours and no-shows are the responsibility of the client if the session is billed directly to ICBC. ICBC does not cover these charges.

If you are feeling unwell (e.g., upset stomach, headache, fatigue), use your discretion before attending training. The cancellation policy still applies.
For significant illness, contact Melissa in advance to cancel or reschedule.

In case of heavy snowfall, provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will likely result in a full session charge. However, if Melissa initiates the cancellation due to snow conditions, there will be no charge for the session.
