Hey! I’m Melissa
I’m a certified kinesiologist and personal trainer with a degree in Human Kinetics — but more importantly, I understand how overwhelming fitness can feel, especially if you're starting later, dealing with injuries, or never felt at home in a typical gym.
At Cordessa, I offer a calm, private space where women can move confidently without the noise, crowds, or pressure. You'll get:

When I’m not training clients, I’m with my husband Mason and our dogs, Kylo and Atlas — likely outdoors or on the hunt for a great local spot to eat.
